Treatment summary:
Lacking the masculinity to be a man and the strength of character to be woman, the best treatment for an SPS sufferer is gynandric morphosis – becoming what is more commonly known as a ‘shemale.’
SPS is not the state of having a small penis (offensive though that is) but the state of not accepting the natural consequences of this unnatural birth defect.
This refusal leads to a clinical behaviour observed in SPS sufferers known as masquerading (Mazari et al 2025) – an act of deception which often leads unwitting female victims into an unsatisfying and deficient relationship with a halfman.
